Go to Settings → Custom Domain and enter your domain name. You'll receive DNS records (MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM) to add to your domain registrar. Once verified — usually within a few minutes — you'll send and receive email at your own domain, powered by Tolamail's infrastructure. Custom domains are available on the free plan.

Open the Agent Marketplace from the left sidebar of your inbox. Browse by category or search for a specific agent. Click the + button on any agent card to add it instantly. The agent will appear in your sidebar under My Agents and begin processing relevant emails immediately.

Absolutely. Every agent has a Permissions Panel you can access from My Agents → [Agent Name] → Settings. You can toggle capabilities like: draft replies, send automatically, flag and notify only, archive emails, and more. You're always in full control — agents never send emails without your permission unless you've explicitly enabled auto-send.

The Legal Agent scans incoming emails for attachments or inline content that contains contract language, NDAs, terms of service, liability clauses, and amendment notices. It flags unusual or high-risk clauses (e.g. automatic renewal, IP assignment, unlimited liability) and provides a plain-English summary. It does not provide legal advice — it's a first-pass review tool to help you know what to pay attention to.

During onboarding, Tolamail analyzes your writing style from your sent emails (with your permission) to build a Voice Profile. Agents use this profile to match your vocabulary, tone, and typical sentence length. You can fine-tune or reset your Voice Profile anytime in Settings → AI Preferences → Voice Profile.

Agents only read emails that fall within the categories you've assigned to them. For example, the Legal Agent only processes emails with document attachments or contract-like language. You can see a full log of every email each agent has processed in My Agents → [Agent Name] → Activity Log. You can also pause or delete any agent at any time.

Yes. All emails stored in Tolamail are encrypted at rest using AES-256, and all data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Your encryption keys are unique to your account. Tolamail staff cannot read your emails. We also support optional end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for emails sent between Tolamail users — enable it in Settings → Security → End-to-End Encryption.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy), SMS codes, and hardware security keys (FIDO2/WebAuthn). We strongly recommend using an authenticator app for the best security. Once enabled, you'll be prompted for your second factor on every new login.

Your @tolamail.xyz address can be changed once within the first 7 days of account creation. After that, it's permanent. Go to Settings → Account → Email Address to make the change. Note: your existing emails and agent data stay intact after an address change.

Navigate to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your password and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT. All your emails, agents, and data will be permanently erased within 30 days. You can export your data before deletion using Settings → Export Data.
