Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tolamail including the web app, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Tolamail

The Service lets you connect and manage email accounts and run AI agents that help read, sort, and draft messages. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tolamail for illegal or abusive activities. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with other users' accounts.
• Sending spam, malware, or content that violates applicable law.
• Using agents to impersonate others or to perform actions without proper consent.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Service. By using Tolamail you grant us a limited license to store, copy, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service. Tolamail owns all rights to the Service, software, and trademarks.

5. Third-Party Services

When you connect external email providers (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP), you authorize Tolamail to access those accounts to provide the Service. Those integrations are subject to the third-party provider's terms as well as these Terms.

6. Fees & Billing

Parts of Tolamail may be offered under paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the billing terms presented at purchase and any refund policy disclosed at that time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tolamail disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Tolamail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or $100 if you have not paid.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You can close your account at any time from your settings; account deletion may not remove certain backups or logs retained for security or legal purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tolamail is headquartered, unless otherwise required by local law. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts for that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will provide notice in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
